## Overview

ecoREAL is working with Brown and Caldwell on the Owner's Rep team for Portland Water Bureau's largest infrastructure investment in decades. We facilitated the Early Design Meeting eco-charrette with Energy Trust of Oregon, manage ODOE's Green Energy Technology 1.5% requirement (and serve on ODOE's GET Advisory Board), and lead the LEED Enhanced, Monitoring-Based, and BECx commissioning programs.

### Key contributions

- Eco-charrette facilitation with ETO incentive coordination
- ODOE GET 1.5% requirement management — ecoREAL serves on the GET Advisory Board
- LEED Enhanced + Monitoring-Based Commissioning + Building Enclosure Commissioning
- Envision infrastructure site certification administration
- Synergies between Envision, LEED, and WELL mapped out in a custom matrix
- Pacificmark Construction used Green Canary to streamline and automate LEED v4 submittal tracking
