## Overview

ecoREAL worked with the contractors to streamline LEED healthy material tracking, verification, and documentation. By using ecoREAL's GBIM software and tools, subcontractors clearly understood LEED requirements and bid correctly — avoiding costly RFIs and achieving LEED goals within schedule and budget.
