## Overview

ecoREAL served as LEED Project Administrator for the architects on Multnomah County's Health Department HQ, guiding the County, design team, and contractor to achieve sustainability goals through an integrative process. The project pursued Path to Net Zero with Energy Trust of Oregon incentives to optimize operational performance.
