Affordable multi-family housing on Path to Net Zero
Overview
ecoREAL worked with the non-profit developer, community, and design-build team to lead an integrated project delivery process pursuing rigorous Path to Net Zero goals — cost-effectively. Summer championed the project's enrollment in Energy Trust of Oregon's Path to Net Zero program (new at the time) as the first multi-family participant, demonstrating that everyone has the right to a healthy, sustainable living environment.
